Through generous donations from members and the many recovering folks that enjoy this facility, we continue to move forward! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We are still short on finances to begin pouring the slab or standing the walls, however, we continue to work hard for our recovering community.
Please pray for God’s will to support us in this challenging endeavor, a lot of funds are still needed. Marisol’s message is still relevant today. We are still in need of more donations for the building. If you or someone you know would like to make a donation, you can do so in person at the club or visit our website http: //clubrecovery.
Until we open our new facility, Club Recovery will remain open at it’s current location. We will do our best to make sure the recovery community is kept informed of our progress.

Attention: We are now Members of the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce! Our goals include getting the word out to the community, that we are here for support of the recovery efforts toward sobriety.
Club Overview: Club Recovery is a place in Citrus County where men and women can go for AA or other recovery meetings and for fellowship in- between the meetings. The clubhouse is staffed and visited by others facing the same challenges in our life long recovery from addictions.
Our volunteers understand that problems sometimes go beyond the meetings and we need to talk with someone or just hang- out with others who are experiencing similar difficulties. Our facility has a large room with seating for fifty in a comfortable atmosphere and a smaller, more intimate room for ten or so.
There is a pool table (ping- pong also), a large TV, a movie night (Fridays), along with many books or movies to share. We always have a pot of coffee brewing and offer water or soda for purchase. In addition to these rooms, we have a covered area outside with picnic tables, dartboard and horseshoe pit. We have added a General Store with a conservative stock of books, medallions and assortment of gift items focused on recovery with access to order that special, hard to find item.
Our priority is providing a place for recovery through various meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), book reading, Al- anon, Over Eaters and others, which are all autonomously run by each group. We also recognize the value of social interaction in a safe, sober environment with activities filled with laughter, joy and understanding. Our sober activities are meant to give us a time for fun and fellowship in a variety of ways unique to our community (see Events Page). You are invited to share our experience, strength and hope by participating in whatever capacity you feel comfortable with, such as attending meetings, enjoying sober events, becoming a dues paying member (see Members Page), duty person, Trustee or just drop by for a cup of coffee and chat. We are here to assist you in your RECOVERY. A House full of Joy at Club Recovery!
